Who We Are

Our website address is: http://2on.online.

Comments

When a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data provided in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and user-agent browser details to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible publicly in the context of your comment.

Media Files

If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you may want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can extract this information by downloading the images from the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when commenting. These cookies are stored for one year.

If you have an account on the site and log in, we will set a temporary cookie to check if your browser supports cookies. The cookie does not contain any personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.

When logging in, we also set several cookies containing login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies are stored for two days, and screen preference cookies for one year. If you select the “Remember Me” option, your login details will be retained for two weeks. When you log out, the login cookies will be deleted.

When editing or publishing an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. It does not contain personal data and only includes the ID of the post you edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interactions with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is to help recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users registered on our site, we store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (except for their username). The site administration can also view and modify this information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on the site or have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You may also request the deletion of this data, excluding data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

User comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
